Cleaning and care of you JBF Hair straightening iron

Never leave the appliance switched on and unattended. Switch off your appliance. Allow to cool fully before storage or cleaning. Use a clean slightly damp cloth to clean the outside handle area. Please take extra care when cleaning the ceramic plates.

JBF highly recommends the Sagara iron cleaner. Please do not use any abrasive cleaning material to clean the plates. Do not scratch the plates as this will damage the effectiveness of the ceramic plates.

JBF HIGLY RECOMMENDS SAGARA IRON CLEANER TO CLEAN YOUR JBF IRON. USING SAGAR IRON CLEANER WILL NOT VOID YOUR WARRANTY

JBF International will supply you with 2 years replacement warranty on your JBF G5 Iron and 1 year on all other products if it is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Please keep your dated receipt as ‘proof of purchase’. The defective product must be returned in its original packaging along with the warranty, to the original place of purchase.

The warranty does not apply to products showing abuse, or damage to parts, which in our opinion are not defective. Nor does it extend to irons, which have been tampered with, altered or repaired by anyone other than JBF or its repair agents. This warranty does not cover items damaged by normal wear and tear including chips, scratches, abrasions, discoloration and fading. This guarantee is only valid if this appliance is operated in strict accordance of the instructions given.

In no event will JBF be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages based upon this breach of contact. Nothing in this guarantee excludes, restricts or otherwise affects your statutory rights.
