For faulty products, JBF international will happily organize a replacement, in which case be JBF international will pay all the return postage charges. Replacements will not be processed until the returned product is received by be JBF international. It is your responsibility to ensure the products are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please keep proof of postage. Otherwise, if the parcel goes missing, we will deem you not to have returned the products.

 

If the products are found to be physically damaged, water damaged, cosmetically damaged or out of warranty, a USD $50 handling charge will apply. The goods will not be returned back to you until the full payment is made to be JBF international. No handling and shipping fees will apply if the goods are faulty and are with the warranty period. If the proof of purchase is not attached to the form, we will presume that the goods are out of warranty and the handling fees will apply.

 

Please send your item, with a copy of your invoice and covering letter stating the reason for return to appropriate address as stated on your warranty card. JBF international strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.
